Item Description
Original photo illustrated window box contains 6.25" tall die-cast metal and plastic figure w/"magnemo" feature that used magnetic ball-and-socket mechanisms for joints. Made in Japan for the Japanese market by Sanzen, 1976. Box small has Toei Doga illustrated sticker at top center. Based on the "Magne Robo Gakeen" anime that aired in Japan from 1976-1977. Box shows moderate wear, w/edge rubs and corner tip wear as well as a number of small indents to window. VG/Fine. Figure is first version of toy w/orange/red wheels (later editions for the foreign market had black wheels). Complete in original Styrofoam insert and NM. Rare as boxed.
