Item Description
Original photo illustrated cardboard window box contains 5.75" tall die-cast metal and plastic figure made in Japan for the Japanese market by Takatoku Toys, 1977. "Kaiketsu Zubat" was a tokusatsu (any live-action film or TV drama that features considerable use of special effects) superhero series that aired Feb. 2 to Sept. 28, 1977. Created by Shotaro Ishinomori, this series harkened back to earlier tokusatsu superhero shows, but w/a late 1970s twist. Box has original Japanese price sticker and shows wear w/scattered creases along edges and corner tip wear. Fine overall. Figure is Exc.
