Item Description
Original cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains 10" long tin litho and plastic gun made in Japan by Fancy Aoki Toy, 1960s. Box lid shows moderate aging and has edge/corner tip wear w/creases at corners and 2.5" spot of faint moisture staining to main lid panel. VG. Gun has "Space Ray Gun" name across top and translucent plastic barrel as well as die-cut window that allow for viewing of sparks produced when trigger is pulled. Right side window is loose within gun. Gun also has die-cut opening revealing inner tin litho disc w/painted spiral design that revolves when trigger is pulled. Gun also produces siren noise when trigger is pulled. All features work. Gun shows scattered wear w/paint nicks/scratches and some trace oxidation w/luster loss to trigger. Fine overall. From the collection of Hans "RAYGUNMAN" Hobert.
