3-5/8" tall, large, heavy solid brass in glossy Mint luster accented by two enamel flags and enamel text. Reverse names maker Blackington and has serial number #267, See Reagan 1985 and Bush 1989 badges (items #443-444) owned by the same policeman and with the same #267 serial number. Text is "Metro/Transit Police/Inauguration of the President of the United States". Mint.
