See previous item #2181. This 6-3/8x12.5" sheet of onionskin paper w/mixed media prototype original art for sign promoting 1930s Goudey Gum premium presentation. Hand-lettered text reads "Get A Complete Miniature Navy Fleet - Free One Ship With Each Package Of" and has blank square provided for gum company's name. Large circle at art area depicting premium warships includes additional hand-lettered text listing types of ships and related equipment - "Cruisers, Battleships, Destroyers, Submarines, Airplanes, Carriers." Upper right corner has sliver off and lower right corner has tiny pull (neither affecting art or text). Sheet has even lt. aging and is VF overall. Unique. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold and comes with LOA.
