Lot of items related to conception and production of this 1950s premium, which is similar in concept to the produced Norge TV Comic Masks premium. 8x9.25" Red Skelton prototype mask w/mixed media prototype original art comes w/complete set of accessory pieces including three different hats, two sets of eyes, nose and three different chins. These pieces have penciled names on reverse for actual Skelton characters Boxer McPugg, Clem Kadiddlehopper and Sheriff Deadeye. All art is well-done and quite detailed. Some scattered handling wear but VF to Exc. overall. Comes w/8.5x32" stiff paper layout sheet w/pencil outlines of all punch-out pieces. Lot also include promotional material including 8x8" glossy photo showing complete mask sets as well as four additional 8x10" photos, two of Kadiddlehopper mask and two of McPugg mask. Exc. Extensive unique lot for this comedy legend. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold and comes with LOA.
