See previous item #1407. 5-5/8x17" thin artboard featuring Val Mayerik's pen and ink original art in three panels, showing police leaving rest home after calling off massage parlor raid. Last panel features Howard being hugged by his occasional girlfriend Beverly Switzler, thanking him for dealing w/the police. Art was for Feb, 21, 1978 strip and has Marvel copyright strip pasteover between second and third panels. All word balloons are pasteovers, w/some aging due to adhesive. First panel also has 5/8x.75" spot of staining from missing pasteover. Artboard has some lt. handling wear but art remains clean and Exc.
