Item Description
7.75x10.25x2.5" deep original cardboard box contains complete amount of a dozen 2.5" tall silver luster plastic bell Christmas ornaments. Each features 1x1.5" deep color decal of KFS comic characters w/Christmas greetings. KFS promotional set was sent to newspaper comic editors. c. late 1940s. Box is complete w/original dividers and packing paper. Box is aged w/3.5x3.75" moisture stain to lid. Fine. Characters include - Rip Kirby, Snuffy Smith, Flash Gordon, Little Iodine, Henry, Popeye, Prince Valiant, Beetle Bailey, Blondie, Buz Sawyer, Steve Canyon and Bringing Up Father (image of which is featured on box lid). All are Exc.
