Item Description
Spalding Official NL (Giles) baseball. Signed by members of the 1957 World Series Champions Milwaukee Braves and has 27 signatures in total. Signatures include HOF members Hank Aaron, Red Schoendienst, Warren Spahn and Eddie Mathews. Other key players include - Andy Pafko, Don McMahon, Lew Burdette. Dave Jolly, Del Crandall, Bob Trowbridge and Bob Buhl (full list online). The Braves beat the New York Yankees to win the 1957 World Series, their first since the Miracle Braves of 1914. Signature of Braves manager Fred Haney is worn, but this has been deemed clubhouse. Spahn's signature has 1/8" divot that disrupts signature, but rest remain strong. Ball has lt. aging and is Fine overall, but remains a very nice example for this team. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
