Item Description
Original 8.25x9.5x1.75" deep thin cardboard box w/illustrated lid originally held 24 bars that were sold for 5¢ apiece. Luden's, Inc. c. 1950s. One of two varieties, this has TV screen w/show logo as opposed to Howdy Doody face image at top right. Box has corner tip/edge wear w/corner creases and matched pair of 1-5/8" tears to lid and box bottom side panels. Box bottom also has 2" corner tear. Side panels have slight outward warp. Fine overall.
