Item Description
Lot of five pieces from Libby's Juices advertising campaign featuring Smitty and other characters from "Gasoline Alley." ©1936 Famous Artists Syn. Lot includes four 9.25x10" paper store signs, each featuring characters and Libby's Juices, including Tomato, Pineapple, Orange and Loganberry w/images of Walt, Corky and two different featuring Skeezix. Walt/Tomato sign has some moisture staining along left margin and is Fine overall. All are unused. Rest are VF/Exc. 4x12" die-cut single-sided cardboard can topper features Skeezix w/Blossom Wallet and is designed to be displayed on can of Libby's Loganberry Juice (as evidenced by display diagram). Unused and Exc. Sixth item is smaller 2.5x5.25" single-sided die-cut card featuring Smitty and space for pricing Libby's product. Spot of aging by hole at top but unused and VF/Exc. overall. All are rare. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold and comes with LOA.
