Item Description
Lot of five 1-7/8x2.5" cardboard cards w/vibrant mixed media original art for proposed 1950s series of Hopalong Cassidy "Letter" cards that would spell out "Hopalong" name. Lot includes - H, A, L, N and G, each featuring choice artwork of Hoppy, including three w/Topper and one showing full body image beside "Hoppy's Brand - Bar 20." Great art and design. Pin holes at top left/right blend in w/design. "G" card has some moisture staining along right margin and is VF while rest are Exc. Something unique for both Hopalong Cassidy and non-sports card collectors. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold and comes with LOA.
