Item Description
4-5/8x6.25" card features mixed media original art for display card containing "A Handful Of Circus Rings," w/outlines provided for four such rings. These prototype rings are also included, each a cut out single-sided example w/mixed media original art. These include - "Fat Lady, Leo" (lion), "Bobo" (clown) and "Jumbo" (elephant). Each is also marked "Circus Ring" in hand-lettered text. Each is notched to provide custom fit. 1950s. Card shows some scattered edge wear as rings were once attached to card w/paperclips. VF overall. Unique. Neat design. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold and comes with LOA.
