Item Description
14x36" insert poster for the original release of the 1958 Paramount Pictures Sci-Fi film produced and directed by Gene Fowler Jr. and starring Tom Tryon and Gloria Talbott. Paramount theatrically released the film on a double bill w/"The Blob." Poster features classic image of Talbott in wedding dress and veil reacting in horror to approaching space monster shadow. Film scene at bottom shows crowd surrounding subdued creature. Poster has three main horizontal folds as issued along w/a number of other faint horizontal creases. Pin holes at corners and along margins. Some scattered streaks of staining at lower right corner. Bottom third has two strips of tape staining on back of poster which do not show through onto front. Fine overall.
