Item Description
11x13.5x8.25" deep box (including plastic dome on top) contains battery-operated "Supercar" w/Mike Mercury figural pilot piece in cockpit. Vehicle has eight flight path selectors. Remco, ©1963 20th Century-Fox Television Inc./Kent Productions Inc. Box features "Supercar" text and small "Mike Mercury" logo (toy was also sold in a plain "Remco" cardboard box, this variety is vastly superior). This is variety of box w/plastic dome enclosing vehicle on/in top of cardboard box. Dome has some wear, w/dents to one end w/original store price sticker. Three of four pegs used to secure dome to box present. 4.75" corner split to box base. Fine overall. Car comes w/illustrated instruction sheet, inspection slip and is complete w/Mike Mercury pilot figure, battery cover and cams. All parts are present, but toy no longer works. Vehicle remains Exc. for display. Another great Gerry Anderson series toy. Rare.
