Item Description
12.5x14.75x2-3/8" deep open cardboard display box contains 12.5" Styrofoam Supercar w/propeller and 11.5" wide wingspan. Wings each have "Supercar" sticker w/Mike Mercury portrait. Supercar is attached to handheld remote control via cable and is battery-operated. Supercar has separate wire-mounted wheels that snap onto front. Remco, ©1962 Independent Television Corp. Box is evenly aged and shows some lt. scattered wear. Fine/VF. Toy does not appear to have ever been removed from box as original red tape strip secures wire as packaged. As such, we have not removed toy from box to test. Some lt. scattered dents to Styrofoam surface and left wing has 1" mark from tape. Still VF overall. Another great Gerry Anderson series toy. Rare given this toy's fragile construction. First we've offered in our 51 years.
