Item Description
RC Cola was promoted by and issued "Terry And The Pirates" premiums during the 1950s. Offered here is 4x5.5" die-cut cardstock bottle hanger w/pair of die-cut holes for holding "RC Movie Stars/Famous Characters Plastic Rings" premium. Hanger is printed w/image of RC six-pack and has paperclip mark at left and "For Bottle Hanger" pencil note at top. VF/Exc. Lot also includes two 2-5/8x4-7/8" cellophane-covered thin cardboard prototype bottle hangers that were mock-up holders for the premiums as they would be attached to bottles. One features sealed "Terry" of "Terry And The Pirates" cardstock disc w/all original art. This art is repeated on one of the two included palm/dexterity puzzle prototypes; both featuring all original art and encased w/clear thin plastic cover w/tiny metal balls within. One puzzle features same "Terry" image as mentioned previously while other is "Hot Shot." Holders show some wear/aging w/one having large split to cellophane. These are Fine overall and both puzzles and disc prototypes are Exc. A very unique lot for the "Terry And The Pirates" fan. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold and comes with LOA.
