Item Description
Sizes 1.5 to 2.5". First with serial number was worn by "Customer Representative". Second was used by reporter for the company newspaper "The Martin Star" begun c. 1942. Third shows plane over-printed by "Committee" with initials for War Production Board and words "Production Drive". Some light surface wear on this largely seen only in reflected light. Still Fine and first two are NM. Last two are window buttons and both show age stain from use in all types of weather. Both still with nice gloss and color. First was worn by "U.S. Navy Representative" with center name and 1944-45 date superimposed by airplane image. Second was worn by "Visitor" with insert bearing his name, "Lee Corp", and dates (but no year). Also see Martin lot in Aviation section #706 and Martin employee badges #854. Rare in-house buttons.
