Item Description
14x22.5" thin cardboard poster for Jan. 18, 1962 concert at the Sleek-Deteupe Ballroom in Pasadena, CA featuring Bobby "Blue" Bland as well as support band Hamp Simmons Band and Al "TNT" Braggs. Both Bland and Braggs are pictured w/Bland songs "I Pity The Fool, Turn On Your Love Light, Further Up The Road" listed. Braggs songs "Listen To Me Baby" and "Chase 'Em Tom Cat" are also listed. Poster was printed by Tilghman Press using split fountain technique w/changing from red to blue to green from top to bottom. Poster has margin aging and thin aged masking tape strips at top/bottom margins w/top margin having pair of .5" tears/pulls w/1/8" margin piece out. Heavy horizontal fold at center. VG. Very rare.
