Item Description
The Detroit Tigers won the World Series in 1935. The original art for this proposed premium was created prior to the end of the next season, assuming the Tigers would repeat; they did not. 15.5x15.75" sheet of vellum has mixed media original art designs for a pennant, player card, pitch instructor, dice and player discs for game. Sheet has two horizontal and single vertical folds w/3/8" split at center, slightly affecting player card image. Sheet is evenly aged and Fine w/some loss to white paint on pennant's "World's Champions" text. Comes w/hand-cut 3.75x7-3/8" tri-fold card featuring all original art that when folded, shows one how to hold baseball to throw a curve ball. Exc. Unique.
