Item Description
Large and impressive 32x59.75" tall die-cut cardboard standee w/easel back. Produced for store display for the 1952 holiday season as text at bottom reads "Merry Christmas 1952." Standee is dominated by large image of Santa Claus about to go down chimney, his sack of goodies (including a rabbit toy that looks suspiciously like Bugs Bunny) beside the chimney; four children await his arrival at fireplace by Christmas tree at bottom right. Horizontal fold at center as produced. Scattered edge wear w/some corner creasing. Moderate moisture staining/aging along bottom and scattered surface paper wear to back, but still Fine for display.
