Item Description
8x9-1/8" trimmed sheet of vellum features detailed all original art design for "Underdog" villain Simon Bar Sinister mask w/attached cut out sheet of paper attached to back, allowing art to display better. Majority of art has been done on back of sheet while black areas of eyes were painted on front. Vellum sheet has some aging/handling wear w/tape staining at edges, but art remains clean and VF overall. 1970s. While Collegeville's "Underdog" costume proved to be very popular, this companion costume was never produced. Unique.
