Item Description
15x20" Bainbridge Board has extremely detailed mixed media painting original art by Ken Barr (1933-2016), depicting Dan Dare about to be stepped on by giant cyborg, blasting it w/power glove. Art was created for the cover to "Dare The Impossible" #13, published by Fleetwood in Nov. 1992 by Barr, who drew and painted Marvel and DC Comics as well as magazines, sci-fi and fantasy novel/magazine covers. Barr has signed at lower right. Painting has acetate overlay attached at top. Exc.
