Item Description
The Superman-Tim joint venture ran from 1942 to 1950. This lot predates that run. See previous lot for expanded information on the club. Lot of four pieces; 1930s-1940s. 1" wide silvered brass wings pin w/enamel Tim portrait at center from 1930s boys' clothing store club. Scarce. Exc. 1.25" dia. "Tim's Lucky Piece" two-sided brass token has Tim portrait w/"Tim's Lucky Piece" text while back has "National's Boys Shop" text. Another version was made w/"Tim's Lucky Coin" text. Both are rare. Scattered luster wear, VF. Pair of 7/8" dia. cello buttons both feature same "Tim's Store For Boys" text and wings pin image; one has orange curl whole other does not. Both remain glossy and Exc.
