Item Description
Pair of movie theater-issued promotional pieces. 3-5/8x6.75" die-cut folder (not a herald) features full body image of Mae West in gown and was issued for the original release of the 1933 film "I'm No Angel." Folder opens to reveal additional West image as well as three scenes from the film, w/West's classic double entendres. Interior also has Rivoli theatre imprint. Back has some glue staining w/paper residue as once mounted, but this does not affect front's display, which remains Exc. 5.25x6.5" heavy cardboard nightclub table card has printed photo image of busty Jane Russell as she appeared in the 1943 Western and notes "Jane Russell - Exotic Star Of The Outlaw - In The Flesh" and is for 1947 personal appearance. Back of card has repeated text about appearance. Evenly aged and Exc. Both are rare and first we've offered in our 52 years. Both are the actual examples shown in "The Official Price Guide To Pop Culture Memorabilia" by Ted Hake and comes with COA.
