Item Description
From the Fleer Archives and comes w/typed index card "Spec Sheet." All items have some glue staining as once mounted for archiving purposes. The 2.5x3.5" cards were produced in the years when Fleer was locked out of the "Regular" baseball card market. First is the 3.75x8x1.75" deep box that originally contained 24 5¢ wax packs. Lid shows pitcher w/additional text "With Don Drysdale Picture Puzzle." Glue staining to interior as once neatly flattened but now assembled as intended. Outside is bright and clean. Displays VF. 5.5x6" wrapper includes game instructions. Lt. creases as originally folded and trace of glue staining on back but front displays EX. Lot includes 61 of 66 cards, missing; 20-22,46,47. Game play card fronts, backs have bw Drysdale puzzle pieces. A few card fronts, and all card backs, have trace of tape residue staining on margins. Most fronts display as EX or better but cards are being sold as is. From the Bruce Weiner Collection/Fleer Archives.
