Item Description
1.5x2-3/8" Cuban card produced for the Aguilitas Cigarette brand. The baseball cards are a subset featuring 44 players from the Cuban Professional League. This extensive 900 card set also featured movie and stage stars, boxers and other subjects.
Manuel Cueto played in the Cuban Leagues for parts of 11 seasons and played for three years in MLB with the Cincinnati Reds. Cueto was inducted into the Cuban Baseball Hall Of fame in 1950. Designated by SGC as being from the "Richard Merkin Collection" and comes with Hake's COA.
