Item Description
3.5x5-7/8" original glossy photo picturing future New York Yankees great, Tommy Henrich prior to the start of his MLB career. Henrich would finish his Yankees career with a lifetime batting average of .282 along with 183 homers and 795 RBI's. In 1937, Tommy had an outstanding season for the Bears, hitting .322 along with 8 home runs and 42 RBI's. Photo has been mounted onto a manila backing and identified "Tom Henrich Me Bears '37". Back of mount has a handwritten mount, followed at the end by a Henrich signature, presumably his own. Exc. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake's COA.
