6.5x8.5" matte paper premium recognizing the Cuban League's Habana team manager, Salvador Hernandez. A message in Spanish, advertising the company product appears printed on the front along with the player's identification. Another message in Spanish appears on the back, indicating that all four club managers that season, Adolfo Luque, Napoleon Reyes, Lazaro Salazar and Hernandez would appear on this same type of paper premium.
