Item Description
Original 13x24.5x11.5" tall store display bin w/cardboard sign measuring 13x24". ©1977 General Mills Fun Group, Inc./Kenner Products/20th Century-Fox Film Corporation. Sign advertises "Twelve Exciting Action Figures From The Smash Hit Movie Star Wars!" and sign shows images of the first 12 characters from the film that were made into action figures. Characters include - Princess Leia Organa, See-Threepio (C-3PO), Artoo-Detoo (R2-D2), Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Chewbacca, Ben (Obi-Wan) Kenobi, Darth Vader, Stormtrooper, Jawa, Death Squad Commander and Sand People. Text at center lists "Authentic Costumes, Movable Arms And Legs For Great Action Poses, Designed For Star Wars Spaceships And Action Toys" features. Vertical creases just right of center w/some vertical creasing at bottom and creases at top center at "Star Wars" name. Upper left corner has moderate creasing. Sign is Fine overall. Store display bin has 13x24" Vacuform plastic inner tray w/four slotted sections w/12 slots each designed to hold Kenner's original 12 Back carded figures. Raised "Star Wars" logo on the front of each section. Small corner dent and tiny crack to back left corner, but this is not visible when tray is in position within display. Complete w/plain cardboard under tray and folding cardboard outer bin w/"Star Wars Action Figures - Kenner" lettering and graphic of Luke and Leia. Shows lt. aging/wear w/3.5" line on back. Back right corner has some vertical creases. Fine/VF. While the header cards can be found, full complete displays are rare and desirable.
