Item Description
3.25x5.5" government postcard has been signed by former New York Yankees great, Bob Meusel. Beginning his MLB career in 1920, Meusel would play for the New York for the next ten years, through the 1929 season. Bob would finish his career the following year, in 1930, with the Cincinnati Reds. Posting career numbers of .309 along with 156 home runs and 1,071 RBI's, Meusel was a major contributor to the 1927 Yankees, who many consider to be the finest ball club of all time. Postcard exhibits very light corner wear, including light creases in both the upper right and lower left corners. Back of postcard has been cancelled with a date stamp of June 22, 1948. Exc.
