2-5/8x4" vintage x-rated, sexually explicit comic book, also referred to as a Tijuana bible, featuring unauthorized use of characters. c. 1930s subtitled "Lou Makes A Base On Balls!" Includes eight one-sided printed sheets and has front cover art of the noted Yankee baseball player smoking a cigarette. Storyline has Lou getting involved w/Mae West while still wearing his baseball uniform. Dialogue is in baseball terminology. Story ends w/Lefty's girlfriend looking for him w/Lou about to get involved again w/Mae. Front cover has a few light creases on left side, rest of booklet shows moderate handling wear. VG/Fine. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake's COA.
