Item Description
3.5x5.5" vintage glossy silver gelatin postcard depicts 12 individuals (including one in formal attire) posed on ballfield w/stadium seating in bkg. Various pieces of period baseball equipment are prominently displayed in foreground. Although there was no professional baseball club playing in Lebanon, PA at this time, it appears that this squad was likely a semi-pro team, possibly barnstorming throughout the state, as was very popular in those days. Postcard exhibits an unused, undivided postcard back. Exc. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake's COA.
