Item Description
2.25", no maker. Bob Feller began his Major League career with the Cleveland Indians in 1936 and would play all 18 of his MLB seasons with Cleveland, sandwiched around three years of military service during World War II. Feller would finish his career with a record of 266-162 with an ERA of 3.25 and 2,581 strikeouts. Bob would finish in the top 5 in MVP voting in the American League four times as these were the days before the Cy Young award was created for pitching excellence. Feller was selected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1962. Button with spring pin holding two ribbons plus two charms, although the plastic glove has edge crack on little finger edge and numerous small cracks along the bottom edge. The button has a single air dot at center but otherwise only slightly seen surface wear in reflected light. Nice gloss. VF. Paul Muchinsky Collection Book Example.
