Item Description
Scarce, 1.75" no maker, pictures Kiner in a Chicago Cubs uniform, a club that he only played for during 1953-54. Ralph began his Major League Baseball career in 1946 with the Pittsburgh Pirates and would amazingly lead the National League in home runs during the first seven seasons of his career from 1946-52. Kiner would finish with career totals of .279 along with 369 home runs and 1,015 RBI's and was selected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY in 1975. Metal back, about half of collet and pin shaft all have surface oxidation. However, back cello edge has just a few small age marks. Only front age is a speck at 11 o'clock edge. There is an air mark between 11-12 o'clock extending down to mid-face but this shows little unless in angled light. Glossy. Fine. Paul Muchinsky Collection Book Example.
