8.75x12" Cuban baseball/sports magazine presenting numerous Negro/Cuban League ballplayer images along w/extensive news articles. Among the highlights from this particular issue are an in-depth story on the Cienfuegos ball club and a Dodgers vs. Yankees World Series story w/photos of MacPhail, Reese, Durocher, Medwick, McCarthy, DiMaggio and Rizzuto. Also, national team stories w/numerous photos are presented here for: Cuba, the US, Panama, Venezuela, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, El Salvador and Nicaragua. Back of magazine also includes articles on other sports, including swimming and tennis. Magazine shows obvious handling wear w/the most wear visible on the front cover, including water staining, soiling, tears, creases, etc. Good/VG.
