2-1/8". Silvering 99% intact. W&H name on curl with collet holding purple ribbon and bow with gold text "New Orleans 1910" There is a W&H paper label on back of the stickpin. Figure of young Liberty in American flag dress promotes the proximity of Mobile to the Panama Canal. Issued by Shrine fraternal group "Abba Temple" NM. One seen. See Shrine enamel badge #491.
