1-3/8" tin litho by Geraghty, Chicago. The 1929 Chicago Cubs won the National League pennant with a final record of 98-54 under future National Baseball Hall of Fame manager Joe McCarthy. Chicago was led offensively by a quartet of HOF'ers: Hack Wilson, Rogers Hornsby, Kiki Cuyler and Gabby Hartnett. The Cubs would go on to lose the 1929 World Series to the Philadelphia Athletics, 4 games to 1. Some tiny, mostly pinpoints of paint loss near the outer edge.
