Item Description
1.25" no maker with spring pin holding ribbon, chain and 2.25" 3-D solid celluloid, full figure of pitcher in wind-up. The 1940 Detroit Tigers won the American League pennant with a final record of 90-64 under manager Del Baker. The offense was led by a trio of future National Baseball Hall of Famers: Hank Greenberg, Charlie Gehringer and Earl Averill. The mound corps was led by HOF hurler Hal Newhouser.
