Item Description
1.5" celluloid on 1-7/8" double layer of fiberboard and cardboard. Curl names maker Parisian Nov. Co, Chicago. Front image shows pitcher in wind-up with a fancy initial "B" for Brooklyn on his chest in gold. Back designed like a baseball w/celluloid wheels for runs "Visitors/Home Club" and innings. The Brooklyn Citizen was a newspaper publisher/distributor which was founded in 1887 and would continue operations through 1947.
