Item Description
10.5x13" display plaque contains matte finish 8x9-7/8" vintage photo showing Dizzy Dean (1910-1974) in Chicago Cubs uniform about to pitch a ball. Dean played for the Cubs 1938-1941 and photo dates to that era. He was a four-time All-Star, 1934 NL MVP and 1934 World Series champ. Dean was elected to the National Baseball HOF in 1953. Photo has been boldly signed in black ink at bottom center. Photo is evenly aged and has sliver of surface paper off at upper right margin and small sliver off upper left corner, neither is offensive and could easily be matted for Exc. display. Photo has been encased within wall plaque w/custom text plate below and is ready for display. Photo can be easily removed from plaque if so desired. Comes with Hake's COA and PSA/DNA LOA.
