Item Description
Glossy 8x9-7/8" photo shows Roy Campanella (1921-1993) in catcher's stance in Brooklyn Dodgers uniform. Campanella made his MLB debut in 1948 (having previously played in the Negro Leagues and Mexican League), becoming the first black catcher in MLB.
