7.75x9-7/8" 1933 M114 magazine premium picture shows Mel Ott (1909-1958), nicknamed "Master Melvin," was a MLB right fielder who played his entire career (1926-1947) and went on to manage (1942-1948) the New York Giants. He was a 12-time All-Star and a 1933 World Series champ. Ott was elected to the National Baseball HOF in 1951. Bottom margin of premium has Ott's full name and reads "Published By The Baseball Magazine Company, New York - Enlarged From Original Photograph By C.M. Conlon, N.Y." Ott has inscribed/signed across his chest in black ink "To Al - With Best Wishes - Mel Ott." PSA/DNA has rated signature "9 Out Of 10: EX-EX/MT." Premium has creasing along entire right side and shows some lt. corner tip wear. Back has thins strip of tape at top left. Fine overall. An exceptional signed vintage baseball artifact.
