6x14x30" box w/insert that contains complete unused and elaborately designed set. ©1964 Independent Television Corp. Based on Gerry Anderson's third original marionette TV series. Box remains tight and clean, w/only lt. traces of wear and aging. VF. Set includes unpunched cardboard sheets that make up components of space city headquarters. Additional hard/soft plastic playset pieces are all sealed in original bags and include, as listed on box, "21 Inch Long Fireball XL5, 24 Inch Automatic Spring Powered Track Launcher, Flying Fireball XL1, Jet Car, 2 Jetmobiles, Fireball Transport Truck & Trailer, Firing Tower & 3 Stage Missile, Jet Fuel Tanks, Flying Interceptor Satellite, Automatic Satellite Launcher." Additionally set has eight characters figures including "Steve Zodiak, Venus, Professor Matic, Commander Zero, Zoony, Robert Robot" in addition to "Space City Astronauts." Also has unused sticker accent sheet and comes w/original instruction sheet. Plastic parts are Exc. to NM. One of the best Gerry Anderson-related items. Rarely found in this choice condition w/such a nice box.
