Item Description
Following up Tyrannosaurus Press's wildly popular 1977 portfolio featuring Berni Wrightson's iconic and chilling Frankenstein art, a follow-up was inevitable. This 1978 edition was also issued as a limited edition, but in a quantity of 2,000, up from the 1,000 print run edition from the year before. This edition also features different plate illustrations as well as different envelope art. 12.5x16-1/8" envelope bears hand-numbered "281/2000" edition numbered and has been signed by Wrightson (1948-2017) in blue ink at bottom center. Envelope has some scattered dust soiling w/pinch creases along top/bottom edges and corner tip wear. Envelope flap is aged. Fine/VF overall. Comes w/printed letter from Tyrannosaurus Press. A few of the 11.15.75" plates have some minor corner tip wear but are Exc. overall.
