Item Description
1.25" dia. cello front looks like a pinback button, but interior has lead weight and reverse tin cover reading "Good Luck," showing wishbone, four-leaf clover, rabbit foot and horseshoe. "Tip Top Comics" premium, late 1930s. Front features portrait of Der Captain as well as Hans and Fritz. Other spinners were produced w/those known picturing Tarzan, Fritzi Ritz and Ella Cinders; all of which are rare. Tin back has minor wear to sliver flashing and cello front shows just trace surface wear. Displays totally bright and glossy w/vibrant color. Exc.
