Item Description
1.25". Ehrman Mfg Co. of Boston back paper. Displays cap, crossed bats and red sock. This honors their four games to three (plus one tie due to darkness) victory over the NY Giants. It was just their second World Series championship, the first coming in 1903. Issued "Compliments Of A. Shuman & Co." a clothing store in downtown Boston. Scattered age spotting on red rim. Moderate surface wear w/some hairline scratches mostly only seen in reflected light. Remains glossy and w/strong color. VG. Scarce. Paul Muchinsky Collection.
