Item Description
Original illustrated cardboard box contains 7" long by 5" tall painted pressed steel w/1.5" wide "Flash Gordon Signal Pistol" decal on one side. © King Features Syndicate, Inc. Pistol came in three color varieties, this is green. Decal shows lt. wear to edges, but near complete. Trace of scattered wear/aging, small nicks. VG. Works, loud siren sounds when trigger is pulled but no longer sparks, flint can be easily replaced as holder pops up. Great design. Comes w/moderately aged box w/scattered handling wear w/creases to panels. Two small end flaps are replaced and some minor glue and reinforcement on box. Good. Rare box.
