General Zachary Taylor's commander Captain Charles May led the famed cavalry charge of May 9, 1846 in the battle of Resaca de la Palma forcing Mexican artillery and troops out of Texas. Detailed cavalry attack w/drawn swords charging into enemy fire. Evenly crazed. Free of chips. Original insert. Fine.
