7.75x10.25" Series 2/19 Back blister card contains 4.5" tall action figure of Metalhead from popular 1989 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles toyline, ©1989 Playmates. Card has been partially punched but hang tab remains in place. Card has some lt. scattered handling wear. Blister has yellowed w/age and remains firmly affixed to card. Top left corner edge has large dent w/.25" crack. Card is Fine overall. Figure is NM as packaged.
